My countdown to LIMA 2013 (The Langkawi International Maritime & Aerospace Exhibition) begins last December when i booked the air ticket to the Mystical Island of Langkawi for the event. I wasnt expecting to get any ticket at all since from my previous experience, air ticket will be sold out (or very expensive) for the weekend Public Day of the exhibition (since that week is also the School Holiday week), but alas i somehow manage to get 2 return tickets @ around RM120 each!!.. thats a bargain in my book for such a sought-after weekend.

What getting me even more excited is to finally be able to see the Russian Knights (Russian Acrobatic Team) in action. They are schedule to performed at this year LIMA from what i can see from their schedule HERE.. Russian Knights Schedule
One of these days, i'm going to make a model of the Russian Knights to add in my collection....

So more on this after the event itself..... oh btw..this is my first trip to LIMA via plane.. before this i would have travelled early in the morning to Kuala Kedah to catch the earliest ferry to the island... i find that way is more hassle that i could asked for.. so the air ticket way is the obvious choice this time around to avaid all the unnecessary travelling.. but of course need to get to the airport early!!
Hopefully PRU'13 is not on that weekend!!
